Design Service receives 3 Top Honor Awards!
The Hearth at Highlands Ranch Sales
Office has proven to be a favorite in the homebuilding and design
industry as Captivating Design Service has been recognized locally and
nationally for its beautiful and functional design. The Hearth at
Highlands Ranch by Berkeley Homes was awarded the Gold Bar Award in
October, 2006 as the Best Sales Office in the Denver Metro Area.
Captivating Design Service partnered with Sandy Laws of Lawscomm and
Rich Laws, President of Berkeley Homes, to design an environment that
provided the perfect canvas to embrace the beauty of Colorado. “The
Sales Center was a collaborative effort between CDS, Lawscomm, and
Berkeley Homes. We all had so much fun discussing how the Sales Center
should feel, and make sure it captured the buyers by creating a
welcoming and inviting space.” said Barbara Decker, Principal of
Captivating Design Service.
On February 7, 2007 The Hearth sales
office was awarded nationally at the Nationals award ceremony at this
year’s International Builders Show in Orlando Florida, receiving the
National Silver Award for Best Sales Office. Captivating Design Service
and Berkeley Homes continued to receive recognition as they were awarded
the Regional Award for Best Sales Office in a Suburban neighborhood.
The Regional Award is chosen by a select group of judges as the top vote
for a recipient in a 5 state region which included Colorado, Arizona,
New Mexico, Nevada and Utah. Captivating Design Service was thrilled to
receive regional recognition for the beautiful design of The Hearth
sales office. “So many choose The Hearth as their new place to call
home and I wanted to capture the lifestyle that embodies living there.”
said Barbara Decker. “By bringing the outdoors in and complimenting
the natural beauty of the community, I used soothing colors and fabrics,
and comfortable gathering areas to create a warm and inviting space that
welcomes each homebuyer.”
The Regional Awards were also announced
at this year’s International Builder Show, as part of The Nationals
award ceremony. The NAHB’s National Sales & Marketing Council started
the The Nationals award program in 1982, and it continues today to
recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements in the US.
With close to 1,000 attendees, The Nationals awards ceremony is filled
with friends of the industry and offers a terrific opportunity for
different regions to join and celebrate a common thread – providing
beautiful and exceptional homes.
