We approach each project with a five-step process.


The pre-design phase includes meeting with our clients, the builder’s team and our design team to define the objectives of the project. At this time, we determine the specific goals, scope of the project and the profile of the community. This is the conceptual stage of the process.


This is where the fun begins! Preliminary design encompassing space planning, furniture style, suggested interior finishes and color schemes are unfolding. We include recommendations of room usage and provide a marketing summary for each model based on the buyer profile of the community.


The final design phase includes a presentation with color boards, full color book of furniture by room, interior specifications, construction drawings of wall details, built-ins, and complete finish schedules. We work closely with the builder’s design center and sub-contractors to insure optimum results.


All furniture, wall-coverings, window treatments and soft goods are ordered upon final approval. We continue to meet regularly with the construction managers and sub-contractors throughout construction.


The final implementation of the design culminates with the installation of the models or commercial space. We will provide a comprehensive inventory and photo notebook of each model. We believe it is important to walk the finished model or commercial space with our clients to ensure that every detail is complete to their satisfaction.
