It’s no secret that it takes hard work and focus to be successful. What sets us apart is our total team effort in all projects. We believe every project is an opportunity to provide a unique, creative design together.

How do we do this?
We have fun! We challenge each other to be our best! We strive to create what has yet to be created! We believe together we can achieve the extraordinary!

What makes us different?
We are a hands on company. From the top with our founder and owner, Barbara Decker, to our newest intern, no job is too big or too small for any team member to tackle.

Who’s on our team?
We have what it takes- smart, highly motivated and talented designers working together to make a difference. We are a team committed to sharing great ideas and building on them. All of our designers are degreed professionals in interior design.

What we believe?
We believe success must be shared, whether it is helping scrape and paint an elderly women’s home, speaking at local colleges or providing students the opportunity to learn and be challenged as an intern.
